Join Jeanne from Mountain Mama Massage for a free infant massage workshop at the Superior Community Center. Infant massage is a wonderful way to bond with babies. In this class, you will learn simple massage techniques that are safe for any healthy baby, as well as routines to help gas, sleep, and development. Please bring a soft blanket.
