Skilled practitioners- working together- to bring you the best care.
Jeanne Mitchell, Licensed Massage Therapist
"Jeanne was fantastic. For the first time in months didn't wake up in the middle of the night with aches and pains. I will definitely be back to see her for an other massage!"
-SC new mama
The premise of Jeanne's massage practice is to work “with a woman’s unique physique.” Jeanne specializes in massage for all women, and especially women before, during and after - sometimes long after - their pregnancies. She feel strongly about providing support, education and a sense of community to women and their families during the childrearing years. And those luscious minutes of peace and quiet can really change your outlook!
Jeanne has had the pleasure of teaching and assisting massage classes at the Boulder College of Massage Therapy and Cortiva Institute of Massage. She loves the technical aspects of working on the body, but the real reward comes in providing moms, dads and babes a deeper connection. Jeanne also enjoys sharing her training in infant massage with families and empowering them to do the work themselves, giving parents this amazing tool for calming and connection with their babes. Jeanne is especially drawn to, and trained in providing safe, gentle massage for women with the stress of a high-risk pregnancy.
Around parenthood (and, well, life) there are so many questions, and things never seem to go as planned! Jeanne was pregnant the minute she graduated Boulder College of Massage Therapy in 2004, and now two boys later, her practice has ebbed and flowed as she navigated having young children.
On any given day, you’ll find Jeanne reading, running, being artsy, drinking a delicious chai tea, cheering on my sons and trying to get dinner ready before - what’s tonight?

Faith Davis, founder Faith Davis Massage & Yoga
Faith learned her first massage skills at age five and has been practicing ever since. A native of West Virginia, she received her BA in Comparative Religion & African Studies from Tufts University in Massachusetts before moving to Boulder, Colorado to attend the Boulder College of Massage Therapy. Although Faith quickly discovered she loved all forms of massage, she focused on specializing in deep tissue - orthopedic work and a Certification in Prenatal, Labor, and Postpartum support.
These specialties led her to varied adventures traveling with cycling teams, massaging at luxury spas in Steamboat Springs, and finally stopping in Boulder- home to her private practice Faith Davis Massage & Yoga.
Faith's yoga journey began as a 12 year old watching yoga VHS and reading books in her bedroom. Fast forward to 2010 when Faith decided to train as a Hatha Yoga instructor through the Shambhava School of Yoga.
Living at the Shoshoni ashram opened Faith's world to meditation and the quieter practice of connecting to the Self. In the summer of 2011 Faith completed a second 200 hour yoga teacher training in Om Flow Vinyasa yoga.
A junkie for continuing education, Faith finished a second prenatal yoga teacher training in 2012 with YoMama and became a Certified Prenatal Yoga Teacher. She continues to learn from her students each week in prenatal and baby and me yoga at Mama'hood Boulder and as a co-teacher in YoMama's Mommy & Me teacher trainings.
Faith believes in postnatal time as an opportunity to deeply rest, restore, and reset—a chance to thrive, not just survive—by mothering the mother and nourishing the prime nourisher. In 2013 after years serving as a maternity massage therapist, she was called to find a deeper connection with families in early parenthood’s practical and sacred moments as a Certified Postpartum Doula (Childbirth International) and a Certified Ayurvedic Postpartum Practitioner (Sacred Window School). Faith assists each growing family’s unique needs by creating a nourishing environment, helping determine what feeds their body, mind, and heart, and supporting them with her reassuring presence. Her clients refer to her as, "the Mary Poppins of postpartum doulas.”
Faith now hopes to share these many practices through the massage, yoga, and postpartum doula worlds. When she is not doing bodywork or supporting new families you can find Faith reading books, playing in Colorado's great outdoors, or cooking up something spicy in her kitchen.
