Teaching Schedule:

Mom & Me Yoga Monday 11-12:30pm
at YoMaMa Yoga. A playful postpartum yoga class for mama and baby together.  Focused on building community with other mamas, toning your body post baby, and enjoying poses and infant massage with your new little one. (Pre-walkers please!)

Prenatal Yoga Tuesday 6-7:30pm 
at YoMaMa Yoga. A prenatal yoga class for mamas to gain strength and endurance as well as a time to ground and connect your baby.

      Yoga was originally designed to help prepare the body for the rigors of a seated meditation practice. Modern research has shown that a consistent yoga practice can help relieve stress, create body awareness, and foster a sense of balance in life. Shambhava Hatha Yoga is appropriate for anyone regardless of fitness, age, or experience with yoga.
       


    Private classes can be tailored to your specific needs such as relaxation, hip opening, or a strengthening practice. Private yoga instruction focuses on taking your individual practice to the next level or learning the proper alignment, technique, and modifications to keep you safe as you begin group yoga classes.   
    
Private Yoga Sessions:
60 minutes - $50
90 minutes - $75

Individual Private Classes can take place at my office, your home, or a location of your choice.
 

Semi-Private Yoga:

60 minutes- $65
90 minutes- $90

Love practicing with others but still want the individualized attention of a private? Gather your friends and set the day and time! Up to 5 people per class- fee is split between all participants. Slow flow, hatha, and vinyasa classes all available.
