In the hustle and bustle of daily activities it can be easy to get lost in our external world and the many stimuli and demands it creates on our minds, our hearts, and our bodies.
Through massage and yoga, I work with clients to create the unique healthy body balance that is right for your life. My specialty is in maternity massage and supporting families through pregnancy and early parenthood. Whether working with men, women, or children, I regularly accept new clients and work with a clientele of strong athletes, people with chronic pain conditions,
and those looking for simple relaxation.

Client Testimonials:
|
"Faith's body work is a fantastic combination of specific work on the sore or injured area and a whole body massage. I left feeling that my areas of concern were fully treated AND my whole body was worked on. It felt remarkably thorough and effective for a one hour session. I have had many massages over many years for my cycling and climbing injuries, and Faith's was one of the best."

“Faith worked with me and my cycling team during a 4-day stage race, and her work was phenomenal and a huge contribution to our riding. Whether she was helping me stretch in a crowded parking lot post-race or working out my sore muscles after a particularly grueling stage, she always knew what I needed to recover for the next day. Her healing hands and positive attitude kept our team rolling!”

Registered Massage Therapist - Nationally Certified in Therapeutic Massage & Bodywork
Certified in Prenatal, Labor, & Postpartum Massage - Associate of Occupational Studies in Massage Therapy - Registered Yoga Teacher - Prenatal Yoga Instructor
Faith Davis learned her first massage skills at age five and has been hooked ever since. A native of West Virginia, she received her BA in Comparative Religion & African Studies from Tufts University in Massachusetts before moving to Boulder, Colorado to attend the Boulder College of Massage Therapy. Although Faith quickly discovered she loved all forms of massage, she focused on specializing in deep tissue - orthopedic work and a Certification in Prenatal, Labor, and Postpartum support.
These specialties have led her to varied adventures traveling with cycling teams, massaging at luxury spas in Steamboat Springs, and finally stopping in Boulder- home to her private practice.
Faith's yoga journey began as a 12 year old watching yoga VHS and reading books in her bedroom. Fast forward to 2010 when Faith decided to train as a Hatha Yoga instructor through the Shambhava School of Yoga. Living at the Shoshoni ashram opened Faith's world to meditation and the quieter practice of connecting to the Self. In the summer of 2011 Faith completed a second 200 hour yoga teacher training in Om Flow Vinyasa yoga. A junkie for continuing education, Faith finished a second Prenatal Yoga teacher training in 2012 and became a Certified Prenatal Yoga Teacher.
She now hopes to share these many practices through the massage and yoga worlds. When she is not doing bodywork or yoga you can find Faith reading books, playing outdoors, or cooking up something spicy in her kitchen.
